A ladder is basically a ranking board where teams are placed in positions like 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on. You can challenge teams that are above you to try and move up.
🎯 If You Win
Your team moves up and the losing team moves down to where you were.
😌 If You Lose
Nothing happens. You stay in your current spot.

The best part is that you can challenge whenever you're free. There are no fixed match days, which makes the ladder flexible and easy for everyone to join.
